Banh Mi Sandwich¶

Ingredients¶
1 16-oz pkg extra firm tofu
1 cup garlic aioli
2 cups pickled carrot and daikon
4 asian cucumber
1 handful cilantro
6 french bread
Cookware¶
- 1 skillet
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Grill extra firm tofu on a skillet with some olive oil.
Step 2¶
Add garlic aioli, pickled carrot and daikon, asian cucumber, and cilantro to a loaf of french bread and serve.
