Ingredients¶
2 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps- 2 oz (56 g) orange juice
- 3 oz peach nectar
- 1 splash lemon juice
4 oz (71 g) crushed ice
1 oz champagne
Cookware¶
- 1 blender
- 1 goblet
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
In a blender, combine vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, peach nectar, a splash of lemon juice, and crushed ice.
Step 2¶
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Step 3¶
Pour into a chilled goblet and top with chilled champagne.
