Ginger Cubes¶

Ingredients¶
4 peeled ginger root
8 peeled lemons
12 peeled turmeric root
2 cups TJ's lemon ginger echinacea juice
some water (optional)
Cookware¶
- 1 blender
- 1 ice cube tray
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Add peeled ginger root, peeled lemons, peeled turmeric root, and TJ's lemon ginger echinacea juice to a blender.
Step 2¶
Add water (optional) to desired consistency.
Step 3¶
Pour in an ice cube tray and put in freezer overnight.
Step 4¶
Take them out and place in zip look bags and grab on every evening together with a little more echinacea juice or water.
