🧂 Ingredients

  • 🍠 4 peeled ginger root
  • 🍋 8 peeled lemons
  • 🍠 12 peeled turmeric root
  • 🍋 2 cups TJ's lemon ginger echinacea juice
  • 💧 some water (optional)

🍳 Cookware

  • 1 blender
  • 1 ice cube tray

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Add peeled ginger root, peeled lemons, peeled turmeric root, and TJ's lemon ginger echinacea juice to a blender.

Step 2

Add water (optional) to desired consistency.

Step 3

Pour in an ice cube tray and put in freezer overnight.

Step 4

Take them out and place in zip look bags and grab on every evening together with a little more echinacea juice or water.
