  • ๐Ÿ 1 16-oz can pineapple chunks
  • ๐Ÿฆ 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • ๐Ÿ some dried pineapple (optional)
  • ๐Ÿ’ some cherries (optional)
  • ๐ŸŒ some bananas (optional)
  • ๐Ÿ“ some raspberries (optional)
  • ๐ŸŒฐ some walnuts (optional)

  • 1 food processor or blender
  • 1 small bowls
  • 1 small spoons

๐Ÿ“ Instructions

Step 1

Place light extra-firm tofu, drained pineapple chunks, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender until well mixed. Serve in small bowls with small spoons. Possible toppings: dried pineapple (optional), cherries (optional), bananas (optional), or raspberries (optional), or toasted walnuts (optional) if you don't have heart disease.
