Ingredients
- 1 12.3-oz container light extra-firm tofu
- 1 16-oz can pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- some dried pineapple (optional)
- some cherries (optional)
- some bananas (optional)
- some raspberries (optional)
- some walnuts (optional)
Cookware
- 1 food processor or blender
- 1 small bowls
- 1 small spoons
Instructions
Step 1
Place light extra-firm tofu, drained pineapple chunks, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender until well mixed. Serve in small bowls with small spoons. Possible toppings: dried pineapple (optional), cherries (optional), bananas (optional), or raspberries (optional), or toasted walnuts (optional) if you don't have heart disease.
