Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1 scoop plant protein
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.33 cup spinach
- 0.5 cup oat or almond milk
Cookware
- 1 blender
Instructions
Step 1
Place frozen banana, peanut butter powder, plant protein, hemp seeds, cinnamon, spinach, oat or almond milk in the blender.
Step 2
Blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are fully blended.
