Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana Bread¶

Ingredients¶
1 cup (113 g) whole wheat flour
0.75 cup (128 g) light brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.25 tsp salt
2 mashed bananas
- 0.33 cup peanut butter
0.25 cup (39 g) fat-free plain yogurt
1 egg
2 Tbsp (28 g) canola oil
0.75 cup (128 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat standard loaf pan with cooking spray.
Step 2¶
Combine whole wheat flour, light brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3¶
Whisk together mashed bananas, peanut butter, fat-free plain yogurt, egg, and canola oil.
Step 4¶
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour and bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Step 5¶
Cook on rack for 15 minutes before unmolding.
