Apricot Honey Oatmeal¶

Ingredients¶
3.5 cups water
0.33 cup chopped dried apricots
0.25 cup honey
0.5 tsp cinnamon
2 cups oats
Cookware¶
1 3 quart saucepan
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
In 3 quart saucepan, bring water, chopped dried apricots, honey and cinnamon to a boil.
Step 2¶
Stir in oats; return to boil.
Step 3¶
Reduce heat to medium; cook about 1 minute for quick oats (or 5 minutes for old fashioned oats) or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 4¶
Let stand until of desired consistency.
