  • ๐Ÿซ 1.5 cups blueberries
  • ๐ŸŒ 1 banana
  • ๐Ÿฅ› 0.75 cup milk
  • ๐Ÿฅš 1 egg
  • ๐ŸŒพ 1.75 cups whole wheat flour
  • ๐Ÿ’จ 2 tsp baking powder
  • ๐Ÿง‚ 0.25 tsp salt
  • ๐Ÿฆ  some yogurt (optional)
  • ๐Ÿฎ some cinnamon (optional)
  • ๐ŸŒฐ some nuts (optional)
  • ๐Ÿฏ some honey (optional)

  • 1 pan

๐Ÿ“ Instructions

Step 1

Blitz half the blueberries, banana, milk, egg, and whole wheat flour with baking powder and salt in a blender. Fold in remaining blueberries.

Step 2

Place oil in heated pan, then pour batter to make pancakes. Top with yogurt (optional), cinnamon (optional), nuts (optional), and honey (optional).
