  • 🍎 1.5 cups (234 g) blueberries
  • 🍎 1 banana
  • 🥛 0.75 cup (170 g) milk
  • 🥚 1 egg
  • 🍞 1.75 cups (198 g) whole wheat flour
  • 🌰 2 tsp baking powder
  • 🧂 0.25 tsp salt
  • 🥬 some yogurt (optional)
  • 🌰 some cinnamon (optional)
  • 🥬 some nuts (optional)
  • 🥬 some honey (optional)

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Blitz half the blueberries, banana, milk, egg, and whole wheat flour with baking powder and salt in a blender. Fold in remaining blueberries.

Step 2

Place oil in heated pan, then pour batter to make pancakes. Top with yogurt (optional), cinnamon (optional), nuts (optional), and honey (optional).
