Brown Sugar Honey Butter Toast

Ingredients
40 g unsalted butter
40 g light brown sugar
20 g honey
1 pinch salt
2 slices Japanese Milk Bread

- 1 miniature spatula
- 1 sheet pan
- 1 parchment
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix the soft unsalted butter, light brown sugar, honey, and salt in a small bowl.
Step 3
Cut 1 to 1.5 inch slices of Japanese Milk Bread.
Step 4
Spread the butter mixture all over the slices of bread with a miniature spatula, including the crust.
Step 5
Bake the bread on a sheet pan lined with parchment for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Tip
It's best to use 1 day old bread so that it's firm.
