  • ๐Ÿฅš 3 eggs
  • ๐Ÿž 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • ๐Ÿฅ› 0.5 cup milk
  • ๐Ÿฌ 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • ๐Ÿงˆ 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • some syrup
  • some preserves
  • ๐Ÿฌ some confectioner's sugar
  • ๐Ÿฌ some cinnamon sugar

  • 1 oven
  • โš™ 1 blender
  • 1 skillet
  • 1 baking

๐Ÿ“ Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425ยฐF.

Step 2

Combine eggs, all-purpose flour, milk, sugar and nutmeg in a blender jar and blend until smooth. Batter may also be mixed by hand.

Step 3

Place unsalted butter in a heavy 10-inch skillet or baking dish and place in the oven. As soon as the butter has melted (watch it so it doesn't burn) add the batter to the pan, return pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until pancake is puffed and golden.

Step 4

Lower oven temperature to 300ยฐF and bake for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from oven and cut into wedges and serve at once topped with syrup, preserves, confectioner's sugar or cinnamon sugar.
