Ingredients¶
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
0.5 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old and refrigerated)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 8-oz can cooked black beans
some Salsa Lizano (optional)
some cilantro
Cookware¶
- 1 large skillet
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
Step 2¶
Add the rice and sauté for a few minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3¶
Add Worcestershire sauce and cooked black beans; turn heat to low and stir. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Step 4¶
Garnish with cilantro and serve with Lizano sauce if desired.
