🧂 Ingredients

  • 🫒 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 🧅 0.5 chopped onion
  • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 🌾 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old and refrigerated)
  • 🥡 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 🫘 1 8-oz can cooked black beans
  • 🌶 some Salsa Lizano (optional)
  • 🌿 some cilantro

  • 1 large skillet

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Step 2

Add the rice and sauté for a few minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 3

Add Worcestershire sauce and cooked black beans; turn heat to low and stir. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

Step 4

Garnish with cilantro and serve with Lizano sauce if desired.
