Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups skim milk
- 0.33 cup egg substitute
- 0.25 cup applesauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
Cookware
- 1 skillet
Instructions
Step 1
Combine whole wheat flour, skim milk, egg substitute, applesauce, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
Step 2
Pour batter on heated skillet 1/4 cup at a time.
