Whole Wheat Pancakes¶

Ingredients¶
2 cups (226 g) whole wheat flour
2 cups (454 g) skim milk
0.33 cup egg substitute
- 0.25 cup (64 g) applesauce
2 Tbsp (20 g) sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
Cookware¶
- 1 skillet
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Combine whole wheat flour, skim milk, egg substitute, applesauce, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
Step 2¶
Pour batter on heated skillet ¼ cup at a time.
