  • 🥚 0.33 cup egg substitute
  • 0.25 cup (64 g) applesauce
  • 🍬 2 Tbsp (20 g) sugar
  • 🌰 2 tsp baking powder
  • 🌰 1 tsp baking soda
  • 🧂 0.5 tsp salt

Step 1

Combine whole wheat flour, skim milk, egg substitute, applesauce, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well.

Step 2

Pour batter on heated skillet ¼ cup at a time.
