Glazed Lemon Bars¶

Ingredients¶
1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
2 Tbsp (14 g) confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp (28 g) firm unsalted butter
0.75 cup (149 g) granulated sugar
0.5 cup egg substitute
2 tsp grated lemon peel
0.75 cup (85 g) confectioners' sugar
1 Tbsp + 1.5 tsp lemon juice

- 1 square pan
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together 1 cup of Reduced Fat Bisquick and powdered sugar.
Step 2¶
Cut in firm butter until mixture looks like fine crumbs.
Step 3¶
Press mixture into bottom and sides of ungreased square pan.
Step 4¶
Bake for 10 minutes. Stir sugar, egg substitute, and grated lemon peel and pour over crust.
Step 5¶
Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 6¶
While warm, loosen edges and spread with glaze: powdered sugar, and lemon juice.
