🧂 Ingredients

  • 🥥 1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
  • 🍬 2 Tbsp (14 g) confectioners' sugar
  • 🥛 2 Tbsp (28 g) firm unsalted butter
  • 🍬 0.75 cup (148 g) granulated sugar
  • 🥚 0.5 cup egg substitute
  • 🍎 2 tsp (6 g) grated lemon peel
  • 🍬 0.75 cup (85 g) confectioners' sugar
  • 🍎 1 Tbsp + 1.5 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 square pan

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together 1 cup of Reduced Fat Bisquick and powdered sugar.

Step 2

Cut in firm butter until mixture looks like fine crumbs.

Step 3

Press mixture into bottom and sides of ungreased square pan.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes. Stir sugar, egg substitute, and grated lemon peel and pour over crust.

Step 5

Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 6

While warm, loosen edges and spread with glaze: powdered sugar, and lemon juice.
