Ingredients
- 0.5 cup (57 g) confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter
- 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (396 g) granulated sugar
- 6 Tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
Cookware
- 1 9 x 13 inch pan
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cream confectioners' sugar and butter then stir in 2 cups all-purpose flour.
Step 3
Press mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Beat eggs, granulated sugar, and lemon juice lightly.
Step 6
Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Pour over crust.
Step 7
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and let cool.
Step 8
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cut into squares.
