Weight Watchers Double Oatmeal Cookies¶

Ingredients¶
1.5 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
3 cups (297 g) quick oats
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
0.5 tsp cloves
1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter
1.5 cups (320 g) light brown sugar
0.5 cup (99 g) granulated sugar
2 egg whites
0.25 cup (44 g) mini chocolate chips
0.75 cups (90 g) all-purpose flour
1.5 cups (149 g) quick oats
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.25 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp ginger
0.25 tsp cloves
0.5 cup (113 g) unsalted butter
0.75 cups (160 g) light brown sugar
0.25 cup (49 g) granulated sugar
1 egg white
0.125 cup (22 g) mini chocolate chips
Cookware¶
- 1 large bowl
- 1 stand mixer
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
Step 2¶
Whisk the all-purpose flour, quick oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl.
Step 3¶
Cream room temperature unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar for a few minutes in a stand mixer.
Step 4¶
Add the egg whites to the mixer and mix for a few minutes.
Step 5¶
Slowly fold in the dry ingredients into the batter.
Step 6¶
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Step 7¶
Chill for 24 hours. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes.
