Ingredients¶
10 g confectioners' sugar (optional)
800 g heavy cream
810 g crème pâtissière
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Add confectioners' sugar (optional) to heavy cream with a 1 to 80 ratio by weight.
Step 2¶
Create a whipped cream using equal weight whipped cream to crème pâtissière ratio.
Step 3¶
Fold the whipped cream into the crème pâtissière.
