🧂 Ingredients

  • 🫒 some nonstick cooking spray
  • 🍬 2 cups brown sugar
  • 🥛 0.75 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 🧈 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 🎴 0.5 tsp vanilla
  • 🧂 0.25 tsp salt
  • 🍬 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 🍫 16 oz chocolate melts

  • 🥘 9x9" pan
  • 📄 foil
  • 🥘 saucepan
  • 📄 wax paper

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Line a 🥘 9x9" pan with 📄 foil and spray with 🫒 nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine 🍬 brown sugar, 🥛 heavy whipping cream, and 🧈 unsalted butter in a 🥘 saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a rolling boil.

Step 3

Reduce heat to low and simmer until the mixture reaches 236ºF (7.5 minutes).

Step 4

Remove from heat. Stir in 🎴 vanilla, 🧂 salt, and 🍬 powdered sugar.

Step 5

Pour into the prepared pan and let set at room temperature for 4 hours.

Step 6

Cut into 64 small squares. Melt 🍫 chocolate melts. Dip each square into melted chocolate. Place on 📄 wax paper and chill until set.
