🧂 Ingredients

  • 🥥 2 cups sweetened coconut milk
  • 🥥 6 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
  • 🌵 1 Tbsp agave nectar
  • 🍦 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 🍮 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 🧂 1 pinch salt
  • 🌰 0.5 cup chia seeds
  • 🍓 0.5 cup strawberries (optional)
  • 🥥 some toasted coconut (optional)
  • 🍓 some boba pearls (optional)

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Whisk together sweetened and sweetened coconut milk, unsweetened coconut milk, agave nectar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl; stir in chia seeds. Allow mixture to soak until thickened, at least 20 minutes, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Stir pudding and top with strawberries (optional), toasted coconut (optional), and boba pearls (optional).
