Ingredients
- 2 cups sweetened coconut milk
- 6 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp agave nectar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 cup chia seeds
- 0.5 cup strawberries (optional)
- some toasted coconut (optional)
- some boba pearls (optional)

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together sweetened and sweetened coconut milk, unsweetened coconut milk, agave nectar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl; stir in chia seeds. Allow mixture to soak until thickened, at least 20 minutes, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Stir pudding and top with strawberries (optional), toasted coconut (optional), and boba pearls (optional).
