🧂 Ingredients

  • 🍬 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 🧈 0.75 cup butter
  • 🥛 0.67 cup evaporated milk
  • 🍫 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 🍡 1 7-oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 🍦 1 tsp vanilla
  • 🌰 1 cup nuts (optional)
  • 🌈 some sprinkles (optional)

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 13 X 9 inch pan
  • 1 parchment paper

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Combine the granulated sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and instant espresso powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Allow the mixture to boil for exactly 5 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until they have melted.

Step 4

Stir the marshmallow creme and vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture. If using, fold in chopped nuts (optional).

Step 5

Grease a 13 X 9 inch pan with cooking spray or line with wax or parchment paper.

Step 6

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Top with sprinkles (optional) if desired.

Step 7

Allow the fudge to cool and set completely (at least 3 hours) before cutting it into 1 inch squares.
