Ingredients - Crust
- 2.25 cup graham cracker
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup melted butter
Ingredients - Filling
- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.5 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
Ingredients - Topping
- 4 sliced bananas
- 2 cups heavy cream
- some chocolate shavings
Cookware
- 1 springform pan or pie dish
- 1 medium sized saucepan
Instructions - Crust
Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter and press in the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish and press it up along the sides. Chill the crust until firm.
Instructions - Filling
Step 2
To make the filling: Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan. Stir in dark brown sugar and melt over medium low heat. Add the sweetened condensed milk and bring it to a boil for a few minutes stirring continuously. The toffee should start to darken. Pour the filling over the crust. Cool and chill again for at least and hour or until firm.

Top with sliced bananas, heavy cream, and chocolate shavings.
