  • ๐Ÿช 2.25 cup graham cracker
  • ๐Ÿฌ 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • ๐Ÿงˆ 0.5 cup melted butter

  • ๐Ÿงˆ 0.5 cup butter
  • ๐Ÿ 0.5 cup dark brown sugar
  • ๐Ÿฅ› 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • ๐ŸŒ 4 sliced bananas
  • ๐Ÿฅ› 2 cups heavy cream
  • ๐Ÿซ some chocolate shavings

  • 1 springform pan or pie dish
  • 1 medium sized saucepan

๐Ÿ“ Instructions - Crust

Step 1

Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter and press in the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish and press it up along the sides. Chill the crust until firm.

Step 2

To make the filling: Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan. Stir in dark brown sugar and melt over medium low heat. Add the sweetened condensed milk and bring it to a boil for a few minutes stirring continuously. The toffee should start to darken. Pour the filling over the crust. Cool and chill again for at least and hour or until firm.

Top with sliced bananas, heavy cream, and chocolate shavings.
