Butterfinger Ice Cream Pie
- 5 bars Butterfinger
- 0.5 gal vanilla ice cream
- 2 Oreo pie crusts
- 1 8-oz tub Cool Whip
- 1 plastic bag
- 1 rolling pin
Allow vanilla ice cream to soften.
Meanwhile, place all 5 Butterfinger bars into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Mix together softened ice cream and most of the Butterfinger crumble, reserving some Butterfinger to sprinkle on top.
Add mixture to Oreo pie crusts and freeze.
Once frozen, top with Cool Whip and remaining Butterfinger crumble and freeze again.
