Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
0.75 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp ginger
0.25 tsp nutmeg
0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice
0.25 tsp cloves
2 eggs
1 15-oz can pumpkin
1 12-oz can evaporated milk
1 pie shell
some fresh nutmeg
some whipped cream

Instructions
Step 1
Mix granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Step 2
Pour into pie shell.
Step 3
Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F; bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Top with fresh nutmeg and whipped cream. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
