  • ๐Ÿฌ 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • ๐Ÿฎ 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ๐Ÿง‚ 0.5 tsp salt
  • ๐Ÿ  0.5 tsp ginger
  • ๐ŸŒฐ 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • ๐ŸŽƒ 0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ๐Ÿ€ 0.25 tsp cloves
  • ๐Ÿฅš 2 eggs
  • ๐ŸŽƒ 1 15-oz can pumpkin
  • ๐Ÿฅ› 1 12-oz can evaporated milk
  • ๐Ÿฅง 1 pie shell
  • ๐ŸŒฐ some fresh nutmeg
  • ๐Ÿฆ some whipped cream

  • 1 wire rack

๐Ÿ“ Instructions

Step 1

Mix granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Step 2

Pour into pie shell.

Step 3

Bake in preheated 425ยฐF oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350ยฐF; bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Top with fresh nutmeg and whipped cream. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
