Vegan Banana Ice Cream¶

Ingredients¶
some bananas
some peanuts
some maple syrup (optional)
some pecans (optional)
some real whipped cream (optional)
Cookware¶
- 1 food processor
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Slice some bananas in the morning and put them in a resealable bag in the freezer.
Step 2¶
Come evening, put those banana slices into a food processor and whiz them up into an ice cream that has no cream.
Step 3¶
Scoop and top with some chopped peanuts.
Step 4¶
Add a splash of maple syrup (optional) to the whizzed-up bananas, if you like. You can top with pecans (optional) instead of peanuts. Or both. Finish with a squirt of real whipped cream (optional).
