- 198 g granulated sugar
- 227 g water
- 1 12-oz pkg cranberries
- 1 orange zest
- 1 medium saucepan
Combine granulated sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil; add cranberries, return to boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the orange zest near the end.
Cover and cool completely at room temperature.
Refrigerate until serving time.
