Eggnog Cake¶

Ingredients¶
1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 Tbsp rum
1 cup eggnog
0.25 cup vegetable oil
1 can whipped cream
Cookware¶
- 1 stand mixer
- 1 8-in square greased pans
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2¶
In a stand mixer, beat yellow cake mix, rum, eggnog, and vegetable oil for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Step 3¶
Divide mixture into three 8-in square greased pans.
Step 4¶
Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5¶
Layer tiers with whipped cream.
