🧂 Ingredients

  • 🧈 1 cup butter
  • 🌽 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 🌽 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 🍚 2 cups sour cream
  • 🥚 4 eggs
  • 🌽 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 🧂 some salt
  • 🧂 some pepper

  • 1 casserole dish
  • 1 mixing bowl

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Grease a casserole dish, and pour melted butter, whole kernel corn, drained, and cream-style corn into a mixing bowl. Mix in sour cream.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and stir into corn and sour cream. Add Jiffy corn muffin mix and blend thoroughly.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tip

Found that 3/4 tsp pepper and 2 tsp salt works well.

Step 5

Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
