🧂 Ingredients

  • 🍫 1 large pkg chocolate instant pudding
  • 🍦 1 8-oz pkg Cool Whip
  • 🥧 1 pkg puff pastry
  • 🍬 some confectioners' sugar

🍳 Cookware

  • 1 cannoli molds
  • 1 PAM cooking spray
  • 1 piping bag

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven according to pastry directions.

Step 2

To make the filling, combine chocolate instant pudding with Cool Whip.

Step 3

Cut puff pastry into 18 strips.

Step 4

Spray cannoli molds with PAM cooking spray.

Step 5

Wrap the pastry strips around the molds with the strips overlapping.

Step 6

Bake pastry according to package directions. Let pastry cool on cooling rack and then unmold pastries.

Step 7

Fill the pastries with the filling using a piping bag.

Step 8

Dust with confectioners' sugar.
