Indonesian Satay

Ingredients
1 lemon
0.5 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp coriander
0.5 tsp cumin
6 Tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic
1.5 cups Indonesian sweet soy sauce (sweet medium ketchup)
2 lbs top sirloin

Instructions
Step 1
Make the marinade by adding the juice of 1 lemon, pepper, salt, coriander, cumin, 3 to 6 Tbsp of brown sugar, garlic, and Indonesian sweet soy sauce (sweet medium ketchup).
Step 2
Marinate cubed and cut top sirloin with the fat cut off, pieces at least a day in sauce and place on a skewer to barbecue.
