Nasi Goreng¶

Ingredients¶
4 cups white steamed rice
2 scramble eggs
2 slices bacon
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup pork tenderloin
0.5 cup medium shrimp
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp medium sweet Indonesian soy sauce
3 stalks green onion
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Make white steamed rice and scramble eggs. Set Aside.
Step 2¶
Cut bacon into piece and fry until crisp. Take bacon out and drain. Set aside.
Step 3¶
In the bacon drippings, add chopped onion and cook until onion is soft and clear.
Step 4¶
Add garlic and pork tenderloin. Sauté until brown and fully cooked.
Step 5¶
Add medium shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Step 6¶
Then add salt, 1 Tsp. garlic powder and onion powder and ½ Tsp. pepper to meat mixture.
Step 7¶
Then add rice, medium sweet Indonesian soy sauce and green onion until brown.
Step 8¶
Mix in eggs and bacon.
Step 9¶
Eat with Chinese chili sauce and sweet bread and butter pickles. Enjoy!
