Brown Butter with Sage¶

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
30 leaves fresh sage

- 1 skillet or saucepan
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Place unsalted butter in a skillet or saucepan large enough to hold the cooked pasta; turn heat to medium, and add fresh sage. Cook until butter turns nut-brown and sage shrivels, then turn heat to a minimum.
