Ginger-Miso Basting Butter¶

Ingredients¶
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp white miso
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp fresh ginger
0.5 tsp pepper
Cookware¶
- 1 small saucepan
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Melt unsalted butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add white miso, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, and pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is simmering and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover to keep warm until ready to use.
