  • 🧈 4 Tbsp (56 g) unsalted butter
  • 🥡 1 Tbsp (18 g) white miso
  • 🥡 1 Tbsp (9 g) soy sauce
  • 🍠 2 tsp (10 g) fresh ginger
  • 🧂 0.5 tsp pepper

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Melt unsalted butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add white miso, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, and pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is simmering and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover to keep warm until ready to use.
