200 g dried chickpeas
Cookware¶
- 1 high-speed blender or spice grinder
- 1 Sieve
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Directly blend the dried chickpeas in a high-speed blender or spice grinder.
Step 2¶
Sieve the flour to remove any lumps. Then try grinding the larger particles again. Repeat until no lumps are left.
Step 3¶
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
