Ingredients¶
0.5 cup unsalted butter- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 Tbsp heavy cream- 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Beat ½ cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter for 2 minutes on medium.
Step 2¶
beat in ½ cup confectioners' sugar.
Step 3¶
Beat in 1 Tbsp heavy cream and ½ tsp peppermint extract.
Step 4¶
Gradually beat in 1.5 cups additional confectioners' sugar.
Step 5¶
Beat 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
