Ingredients
0.5 cup unsalted butter- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 Tbsp heavy cream- 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
Step 1
Beat 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter for 2 minutes on medium.
Step 2
beat in 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar.
Step 3
Beat in 1 Tbsp heavy cream and 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.
Step 4
Gradually beat in 1.5 cups additional confectioners' sugar.
Step 5
Beat 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
