Sour Cream Topping
- 2 16-oz containers sour cream
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 medium bowl
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla.
Place topping in the center of cheesecake, and spread gently to the edges. Return to 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
