🧂 Ingredients

  • 🍲 2 cups (475 ml) vegetable broth or beef broth
  • 🍯 2 Tbsp (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 🍎 1 Tbsp (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 🍯 1 Tbsp (20 g) dark molasses
  • 🧂 1 tsp (6 g) table salt
  • 🧄 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 🍛 1 pinch ground ginger

  • small saucepan
  • whisk
  • glass jar

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Combine the broth, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, molasses, salt, garlic powder, and ginger in a small saucepan.

Step 2

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Step 3

Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by half (to about 1 cup).

Step 4

Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

Step 5

Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
