1.25 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted- 0.25 cup fresh lemon, orange, or lime juice
1 tsp vanilla

This glaze should be spread on warm cakes or Christmas cookies. It has a fine consistency for embedding decorative nuts and fruits.

Beat together until smooth confectioners' sugar, sifted, fresh lemon, orange, or lime juice, and vanilla.
