Ingredients¶
0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
0.5 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp minced garlic
0.5 tsp chili powder
Cookware¶
- 1 food processor or high-speed blender
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Toast the pumpkin and sesame seeds until fragrant.
Step 2¶
In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, salt, minced garlic, and chili powder and pulse until a loose powder forms.
Step 3¶
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
