Ingredients
1 oz dried mushrooms
0.25 cup granulated onion
2 Tbsp mustard powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
Cookware
- 1 high-powered blender, spice grinder or food processor
- 1 bowl
Instructions
Step 1
Add the dried mushrooms to a high-powered blender, spice grinder or food processor and blend for 5 to 10 seconds, or until it turns into a fine powder.
Step 2
Add the granulated onion, mustard powder, salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper and thyme to a bowl with the mushroom powder.
Step 3
Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
Step 4
Cover and store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 6 months.
