Strawberry Purée¶

Ingredients¶
700 g fresh strawberries
Cookware¶
- 1 blender or food processor
- 1 fine mesh strainer
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Purée 700 g (4.5 cups) fresh strawberries (hulled and cut in half) in a blender or food processor until smooth. If you prefer your jam to be seedless, strain out the purée with a fine mesh strainer.
