Ingredients
1 cup cold heavy cream
2 Tbsp sugar (optional)
4 Tbsp confectioners' sugar (optional)
2 tbsp honey (optional)
0.5 tsp vanilla (optional)
Cookware
- 1 chilled bowl
- 1 chilled beaters
Instructions
Step 1
Beat in a chilled bowl with chilled beaters at high or medium-high speed until thickened cold heavy cream.
Step 2
If desired, add and beat to the desired consistency 2 tsp to 2 Tbsp sugar (optional), 1 to 4 Tbsp confectioners' sugar (optional), or honey (optional) and vanilla (optional).
Step 3
Use immediately.
