Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole
- 1 lb ground soy meat
- 1 28-oz jar marinara
- 1 12-oz pkg spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 saucepan
- 1 9x13 pan
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a saucepan, mix ground soy meat and marinara.
Separately, cook spaghetti, then drain.
Add cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic to spaghetti.
Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Spread a small amount of sauce in bottom of pan. Put spaghetti on top, and pour remaining sauce over pasta.
Top with grated Parmesan and bake for 30 minutes.
