Ingredients¶
4 Tbsp Benedictine spread
4 whole wheat tortillas
2 cups (110 g) lettuce
1 cup (100 g) shredded carrots
1 cup (35 g) sprouts
1 avocado, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
0.5 cup (57 g) jack cheese
Cookware¶
1 knife
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Spread 1 Tbsp Benedictine spread on each whole wheat tortilla.
Step 2¶
Top with lettuce, shredded carrots, sprouts, avocado, slice, bell pepper, sliced, and jack cheese and roll up; slice in half.
Step 3¶
Serves 8 half-wraps.
