  • 🧀 4 Tbsp Benedictine spread
  • 🍞 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 🥬 2 cups (110 g) lettuce
  • 🥕 1 cup (100 g) shredded carrots
  • 🌱 1 cup (35 g) sprouts
  • 🥑 1 avocado, sliced
  • 🌶 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 🧀 0.5 cup (57 g) jack cheese

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Spread 1 Tbsp Benedictine spread on each whole wheat tortilla.

Step 2

Top with lettuce, shredded carrots, sprouts, avocado, slice, bell pepper, sliced, and jack cheese and roll up; slice in half.
