  • 4 Tbsp Benedictine spread
  • 🫓 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 🧀 2 cups lettuce
  • 🥥 1 cup (99 g) shredded carrots
  • 🥬 1 cup sprouts
  • 🥑 1 avocado, sliced
  • 🌶 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 🧀 0.5 cup (56 g) jack cheese

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Spread 1 Tbsp Benedictine spread on each whole wheat tortilla.

Step 2

Top with lettuce, shredded carrots, sprouts, avocado, slice, bell pepper, sliced, and jack cheese and roll up; slice in half.
